Myjoyonline reports that, sources close to the Rawlings family say Madam Agbotui had been unwell for some time now.
Victoria Agbotui recently celebrated her 101st birthday which saw many Ghanaians raise blessing of long life on the old woman.
Madam Victoria has firmly been by her son all this while including his political career when she first appeared in the political scene when her son staged a coup in 1979.
She turned 101 on September 9, 2020.
