With an attempt to look more appealing to their fans, gain more attention, as well as some reasons unknown to me as a mere writer, our female celebrities have gone as far as to resort to butt pads that serves as an alternative way to enhance their butt and make their curves more appealing.
Today, most of these celebrities who were purported to be victims of wearing hip pads have been exposed and trolled on social media. In these write up we focus on some of these celebs who were exposed on social media for wearing hip pads.
Wendy Shay
Rufftown Record’s signee, Wendy Shay has been criticized on many occasions for deceiving Ghanaians by wearing hip pads to enhance her “backside”. With an attempt to rubbish the claim Wendy Shay tried to show her backside to Kwame Boadie in a recent interview.

Serwaa Amihere
GHone television presenter Serwaa Amihere has on several occasions suffered in the hands of Ghanaians for faking her hips. Her recent troll came after a picture of herself on live TV with her hip pad shifted surfaced online.

Benedicta Gafah
Veteran actress Benedicta Gafah has also been busted many times for wearing hip pad. Aside her beauty, the Kumawood actress has been caught for using hip pads to make it seem like she’s naturally endowed with a curved body.


Nana Aba Anamoah
The acting manager of GHone Television is also one of the female celebrities who have been accused and trolled by Ghanaians for deceiving us with “fake” hips. She has on several occasions been exposed to using hip pads to enhance her “Coca Cola” shape and look more appealing to Ghanaians. Check out this photo which surfaced online, where Nana Aba is seen with almost a flat hip and compare with her photo at the right.
Nana Ama Mcbrown
Empress Nana Ama Mcbrown is new on the list. Hers came as a shock to many Ghanaian because she is reverend as one of the few celebrities who are known to be very ‘real’ about their social life. However, she was accused by social media users for using hip pad in her recent footage at Hon S. K Boafo’s birthday party. See photo bellow;

Although wearing hip pads doesn’t break any law, Ghanaians are much concern about the deception some of these celebrities seeks to create. This has become common among Ghanaian female celebs and must come to an end.
